Terms of Use

These terms apply to every teacher who signs in to Tadreasy with a Google account and publishes a profile. You accept them in full by ticking the box when you first publish your profile, together with the site's general terms and conditions and privacy policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to give private lessons.
• One account per person; you may not create an account on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account safe and for all activity on your Tadreasy account.

Students and parents rely on your profile to decide, so everything you publish must be truthful and up to date.

• Use your real name and a clear, recent photo of your face — no logos or images taken from the internet.
• Do not claim degrees, experience or results you do not have.
• Keep your wilaya, teaching modes, packages, availability and contact details current.
• Only add contact methods that are yours and that work, in the expected format (for example a full Facebook profile link).

Each profile covers up to two subjects so search results stay accurate. Choose the subjects you teach best. A profile is listed free only when all of its subjects are free-listing subjects (for example, Quran only); otherwise the listing fee applies.

No profile goes live until the Tadreasy team has reviewed and approved it. We may ask you to change a photo, text or detail before publishing, and we may reject any profile that does not follow these terms without having to give a detailed reason. Significant later changes, such as a new photo or subject, may be reviewed again. When paid listing applies, your profile appears in search only once it has been approved and its listing has been paid.

You may not publish any of the following in your profile, photo or related text:

• Abusive, racist or indecent content, or content that incites hatred.
• Impersonation of another person or institution, or use of someone else's photos or certificates.
• Advertising unrelated to teaching, or misleading links.
• Selling exam papers, offering cheating, or doing homework and dissertations in the student's place.
• Anything that breaks Algerian law or infringes other people's rights.

The point of the platform is for visitors to contact you directly. You therefore agree that the contact methods you add to your profile (phone, WhatsApp, email and so on) are shown publicly, along with your name, photo, subject and wilaya. Only add the channels you want to be reached on; you can edit or remove them at any time. We cannot control what third parties do with this information once they have seen it.

• Lesson packages you publish (name, session length, number of sessions and price) are offers from you to students. Honour them in good faith and update or remove them when they change. Prices are in Algerian dinars and are paid to you directly, never through the platform.
• Availability days are indicative and help students know when to contact you.
• You can share a personal link to collect recommendations from your students or their parents. Do not write recommendations yourself, pay for them or pressure anyone to leave one. We moderate every recommendation and may refuse or remove any that seem fake or break these terms.

Listing a profile may require a fee. Current prices and durations are always shown on the Plans & payments page and in your dashboard before you pay anything.

• Listing: after you submit your profile you can pay for your listing straight away. Your profile appears in search once it is approved and paid, for the duration shown when you pay (currently one year), and can then be renewed.
• Renewing early never loses time: the new period starts when the current one ends.
• In the last 7 days before your listing expires, we remind you in your dashboard and may also email you. If it is not renewed, your profile is hidden from search until you renew; your account and data stay intact.
• Some subjects, such as Quran, are listed free of charge.
• Featured placement (optional): your profile appears near the top of search results with a Featured badge, for the duration you choose (for example 2 weeks or 1 month). It does not guarantee a place in the home page's Highlighted teachers section, which is chosen by our team.
• Payments are non-refundable once the profile or featured placement is live, unless the law requires otherwise.
• A profile suspended for breaking these terms is not entitled to a refund of the remaining period.
• Prices may change in the future; this never affects periods already paid for.

Tadreasy is a directory that puts you in touch with students. Lessons, schedules, rates and payments are agreed directly between you and the student or parent; the platform is not a party to that arrangement and takes no money from it. You alone are responsible for the quality of your lessons, your tax and legal obligations as an independent teacher, and for behaving respectfully, especially with students who are minors.

Any visitor can report a profile. We look into every report and may contact you for clarification. We may hide, suspend or remove a profile, temporarily or permanently, in cases of:

• Inaccurate information or photo, or prohibited content.
• Repeated, serious reports of inappropriate behaviour or fraud.
• Any use of the platform that harms visitors, other teachers or its reputation.

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your dashboard using the “Delete account” button (after confirming), or ask us to do it through the contact page. Deletion immediately removes your profile from the site and ends your sign-in. We keep a closed record of the account, visible only to our team — your name, email, contact methods, profile details and payment history — to meet our accounting obligations, handle any dispute or report, and contact you if needed. You can sign up again later with a new profile, and you can ask us to erase this record through the contact page, except for what the law requires us to keep. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of amounts paid.

The platform is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee a number of students or contacts, any particular position outside paid featured placement, or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for disputes between you and students, or for the consequences of lessons or payments arranged off-platform. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid the platform in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms as the service or the law evolves, and we will tell you about important changes on the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use your account afterwards means you accept the new version. For any question about these terms or your account, write to us through the contact page.
