Terms and Conditions

Tadreasy is an online directory that helps students and parents find private teachers across every wilaya of Algeria and contact them directly. We do not give lessons ourselves and we do not employ the teachers. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

The site is free for visitors. When using it you agree to:

• Use it for personal, legitimate purposes: finding a teacher and getting in touch.
• Not scrape teachers' details or copy them to republish or send advertising.
• Not try to disrupt the site or access its non-public areas.
• Not send false or abusive reports or requests.

We review every profile before it is published to check it follows our rules, but this review is not a verification of the teacher's qualifications, skills or background. Profile information is provided by the teachers themselves, who are responsible for its accuracy. Recommendations shown on a profile are written by people the teacher invited; we moderate them but cannot verify them. We do not guarantee the quality or results of lessons, so check for yourself before committing.

Some teachers pay for a Featured placement: they appear higher in search results and their card shows a Featured badge. The Highlighted teachers section on the home page is a selection made by our team. Neither is a recommendation or a guarantee of lesson quality.

You contact teachers by phone, WhatsApp or other channels outside the platform, and agree lessons, rates and payment directly with them. Rates, lesson packages and availability shown on profiles are set by the teachers and given for information only: confirm them with the teacher before committing. The platform is not a party to that arrangement and takes no money from it. A few tips:

• Ask about the teacher's experience and approach, and request a trial lesson if possible.
• Avoid paying large amounts upfront before lessons start.
• For students who are minors, a parent should handle contact and attend the first meeting.

If you notice wrong information, inappropriate behaviour or an attempted scam, use the report button on the teacher's profile. We review reports and take appropriate action, such as asking for a correction, suspending or removing the profile. We may not be able to tell you the outcome of every report; your identity stays confidential and is not shared with the teacher.

If you cannot find a teacher for the subject or wilaya you need, you can send a subject request with a way to reach you (phone or email). We use these details only to follow up on your request — for example to let you know when a suitable teacher is available — and to measure demand per subject so we can guide teachers. Your details are never published or sold, and are not shared with a teacher without your consent. You can ask us to delete them at any time; see the privacy policy for more.

The Tadreasy name and logo, the site's design, text and articles belong to the platform and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Teachers' photos and text remain theirs; they have granted us the right to display them on the platform. You are free to share links to our pages.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lessons, arrangements or payments between you and teachers, any harm arising from them, or the content of external sites we may link to.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. We first try to resolve any disagreement amicably through the contact page; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent Algerian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
